  • How does the process work?

    Once you register for the service, you will automatically receive a submission form where you can upload all the required materials (images, videos, artworks, and bio).

    After submitting everything, our team will begin the production of your documentary.

    What is the delivery time?

    From the moment we receive all your materials, the delivery time is approximately:

    2 to 3 weeks

    This allows us to carefully edit, structure, and produce a high-quality, cinematic result.

    Can I request changes?

    Yes — amends are permitted.

    After receiving your first version, you can request adjustments to ensure the final video aligns with your expectations.

    What if I don’t have video clips?

    No problem.

    While video footage is highly recommended for a more dynamic result, we can still create your documentary using images only.

    What kind of materials should I send?

    We will guide you through everything in the form, but in general:

    • High-resolution images (studio, exhibitions, awards, portraits, etc.)

    • Optional video clips (studio, process, exhibitions)

    • 4 selected artworks

    • A short biography (or voice recording)

    Do I need to record my own voice?

    It’s optional but recommended.

    Using your own voice adds authenticity and personality.
    If you prefer, we can create a professional voiceover for you.
