Catalonian Design Schools Fill Color Scales Subway


As part of the fair Swab Barcelona, which will be held from 1 to 4 October at the Italian Pavilion Fair, and together with Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) They show for the fifth consecutive year in nine steps of the metro, creations most important design schools in Catalonia.

Swab Swab Stairs is part of OFF and TMB Culture project aims to give visibility to creative work of students while artistically transform an everyday journeys of Barcelona. SWAB Barcelona looking to be present in the city projecting art that can generate local academia, bringing it before a million people.

The presentation of the event will be held on 18 June at 12:00 and will take place in the lobby of the station Gran Vía / Passeig de Gràcia (compared Comedy), with the presence of media. Director Advertising and participate id. TMB corporate Mirka Borachok Director Joaquín Díez-Cascón Swab Barcelona, and the winning students presenting selected works.

This initiative continues to grow, adding new participating schools throughout Catalonia this year. From June 18 to July 2 the best works of the students of these schools will color the following steps. Some participating schools are:
