1. Service Overview

Contemporary Art Station provides a 1-minute artist documentary video based on the materials submitted by the artist. The service includes editing, production, and delivery of a final video file, as well as publication on our digital channels.

2. Registration & Submission

• Upon registration, the artist will receive a submission form to provide all required materials.

• The project will only begin once all materials have been received in full.

• It is the artist’s responsibility to ensure that all submitted content is accurate, complete, and final.

3. Materials Provided by the Artist

• The artist must provide high-quality images, video clips, artworks, and biography as requested.

• Contemporary Art Station is not responsible for the quality of the final video if the submitted materials are of low quality, including but not limited to:

  • Low resolution images

  • Blurry or poorly lit visuals

  • Poor audio quality

• If materials are insufficient, we may advise, but final responsibility remains with the artist.

4. Artistic Direction & Editing

• The final video is produced following the creative direction and editing style of Contemporary Art Station.

• By purchasing the service, the artist agrees to this creative approach.

• While we aim to reflect the artist’s identity, final editorial decisions remain with our team.

5. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks from the moment all materials are received.

• Delays may occur if:

  • Materials are incomplete

  • Additional information is required

  • Revisions extend beyond initial scope

6. Revisions (Amends)

• Amends are permitted after the first version is delivered.

• Revisions must be reasonable and aligned with the original scope of the project.

• Excessive or major changes (e.g., new materials, complete restructuring) may incur additional fees.

7. Payment Policy

• The service fee is 550€.

• All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of outcome or personal preference.

• Work will only commence once full payment has been received.

8. Usage & Rights

• The artist grants Contemporary Art Station the right to:

  • Use submitted materials for the creation of the video

  • Publish the final video on our platforms (including Instagram and YouTube)

  • Use excerpts for promotional purposes

• The artist confirms they hold the rights to all submitted content.

• Contemporary Art Station is not liable for any copyright issues related to materials provided by the artist.

9. Final Delivery

• The artist will receive a Full HD (MP4) version of the final video.

• Once delivered, the project is considered complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Contemporary Art Station is not responsible for:

  • The performance or reach of the video after publication

  • The commercial success or outcomes resulting from the video

  • Any issues arising from inaccurate or misleading information provided by the artist

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this service, the artist confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
