Terms and Conditions for Participation in the "Onboart Exhibition" organized by Contemporary Art Station, to be held from July 1st to July 31st, 2024:

  1. Exhibition Details:

    • The exhibition will take place aboard a Vueling aircraft for the duration of one month.

    • Each exhibitor will have a Display Board showcasing their artwork, name, country, website, title, description, and a QR code directly linked to their website.

    • Services including design, edition, print artwork collation, layout, repro & administration, copy approval process, and unlimited revisions will be provided.

  2. Online Presence:

    • Exhibitors will be featured on the Contemporary Art Station website in the Online Catalogue, which receives significant daily traffic.

  3. Promotional Activities:

    • Press release distribution and social media promotion will be conducted to enhance the visibility of the exhibition and participating artists.

  4. Deadline and Participation Fee:

    • The deadline for participation is May 17th, 2024.

    • A participation fee starting from €375 euros is required for exhibitors.

  5. Payment:

    • Payment of the participation fee must be made by the specified deadline to secure a place in the exhibition.

    • Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation of participation.

  6. Refund Policy:

    • The participation fee is non-refundable unless the exhibition is canceled by Contemporary Art Station, in which case refunds will be issued to all participating artists.

  7. Content Approval:

    • Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that the content displayed on their Display Board complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Contemporary Art Station reserves the right to reject any content deemed inappropriate or offensive.

  8. Location of Display Boards:

    · Exhibitors participating in the 'Onboard Exhibition' acknowledge that the placement of exhibition boards within the aircraft is determined by Vueling, and exhibitors do not have the option to select specific locations for their boards.

    · Contemporary Art Station cannot be held responsible for any damage to displays caused by passengers. In the event of such damage, the display will be replaced by Vueling at the end of the day.

  9. Photographs:

    · Participants of the 'Onboard Exhibition' acknowledge that photographs will be taken of the exhibition for promotional and documentation purposes. However, due to Vueling regulations, only authorized Vueling staff members have access to the aircraft when it is available for such activities. Participants understand and agree that we cannot take photographs of individual exhibition boards themselves.

    · As the exhibition is held inside an aircraft, we are required to adhere to international aviation regulations. Due to these regulations, only authorized personnel has access to the aircraft. We rely on the authorized personnel to capture and provide the images for us.

  10. Copyright and Intellectual Property:

    • Exhibitors retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to their artwork. However, by participating in the exhibition, exhibitors grant Contemporary Art Station the right to use images of their artwork for promotional purposes related to the exhibition.

  11. Jurisdiction:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

By submitting the participation fee, exhibitors agree to abide by these terms and conditions outlined by Contemporary Art Station for the "Onboart Exhibition" held from July 1st to July 31st, 2024.
