Born in Villavicencio Meta, Colombia. Vianey is one of the most influential Latin artists of recent times for his technique and great compositional originality. Based in New York City since 2009, he is the creator of the new Cool Art movement that has accompanied him since the beginning of his career and has brought him into contact with international painting. In 2011 he was chosen by his Postal '' Liberty '' as the only Latino artist among the 20 most influential artists by the 9/11 Memorial Museum in New York City, alongside artists such as film director Oliver Stone, the singer Jon Von Jovi, the actor Nicholas Cage, and the documentary maker Michael Moore among others. His artistic production contributes to the development of modern art of this new era and his work is in the hands of collector from around the world.He currently has his own television show called Vianey Cool Art for Latinoamérica that is streamed by the production company Yerbabuena Films.
