Terms & Conditions – Persona Art Honors

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your participation in The Persona Art Honors (hereinafter referred to as "the Award") organized by the Contemporary Art Station (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). By participating in the Award, you agree to abide by these T&C.

1. Winners Package & Price

The Persona Art Honors Winners Package is priced at 275€ and includes:

  • Honoring metal engraved plaque with the winner’s name

  • Certificate of achievement (digital)

  • Digital commemorative badge

  • Inclusion in the Awarded Artist Directory

2. Payments

All payments are final and non-refundable. Submission fees, award fees, and package fees cannot be returned under any circumstances, including withdrawal, disqualification, or failure to provide required materials.

3. Deadlines

Winners must submit all requested details and confirm their acceptance within the specified deadline. Late submissions may delay delivery or result in removal from promotional listings.

4. Shipping of the Plaque

The metal engraved plaque will be shipped from 7 January 2026 to the address provided by the winner.

  • Shipping costs are not included in the package price.

  • The organization is not liable for loss, delays, or damage occurring during shipping or transit.

5. Digital Deliveries

The certificate of achievement and digital commemorative badge will be emailed to winners on 27–28 December. Winners are responsible for providing a valid email address.

6. Awarded Artist Directory Feature

Winners will be featured in the Awarded Artist Directory within 24–48 hours after accepting the award. Their profile may include name, country, website (optional), and two artworks with titles.

7. Use of Materials & Rights

By accepting the award, winners grant permission for their submitted information and artworks to be used for promotional purposes, publications, and directory listings. All content provided must be original and free of third-party rights.

8. Eligibility & Compliance

The organization may decline or revoke an award if a participant fails to comply with requirements, provides incomplete information, or engages in inappropriate conduct.

9. Modifications

The organization reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes apply to all participants from the date of publication.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Persona Art Honors and completing payment, artists acknowledge full agreement with these Terms & Conditions.
