My art is an instinctive extension of my inner world a visual language through which emotion, memory, and lived experience take form, being creative is part of my DNA. Each painting, sculpture, or illustration presents a personal challenge and unfolds as a journey that brings both joy and peace. At times, I feel compelled to create, as though the work itself is asking to be realised. My paintings often begin as black-and-white drawings, shaped by images drawn from dreams, fleeting thoughts, or significant life experiences. Working primarily with acrylic on canvas, I develop a bold, fluid style that balances movement and intention. Pointillism, subtle textures, and metallic accents embellish the surface, capturing moments in time and revealing depth through light and rhythm. My sculptural practice is inspired by elemental forces of the Sun, Moon, and Ocean serving as organic symbols of connection, transformation, and balance. These forms pay homage to nature while addressing environmental awareness and climate change, drawing from the elements of wind, water, earth, air, and fire. Across all mediums, my work is inherently biographical, reflecting themes of adversity, resilience, happiness, and growth. Through universally resonant symbolism expressed in a modern, abstract language, I explore enduring themes of justice, love, and freedom. Influenced by masters such as Picasso, Monet, Dalí, and Turner, and shaped by transformative encounters with Picasso’s work in Madrid, Barcelona, and Brisbane, I am committed to developing a distinctive visual language that communicates beyond words and contributes meaningfully to contemporary art.
