I am the Master Sergio Rapetti, an Italian artist, painter, sculptor, also a bit poet and philosopher, born on 1944 in Acqui (AL), I have over 55 years of work, both as an employee and as professional artist in the artistic activity of painter, sculptor, writer, from 1999 to 2019; in 2014 I found myself about among the 5.500 Italian artists, painters and sculptors born since the early 1900. I began my artistic work with oil painting on canvas in 1984; my paintings range primarily between figurative and abstract impressionistic recognizable. In the 1990, I began to devote myself to wood sculpture, my works are carved on a single piece of wood with gouges and a hammer, I also write poetries and have published biographical, monographic and philosophical books that are sold globally.
My CV is rich in exhibitions, awards, honors and international recognitions, Some of my paintings, sculptures and poems have an important philosophical meaning turned to the Culture of Good. My works have been exhibited in galleries and at international events, from the United States to Brazil, in various European countries, in Russia, Japan, and China and are situated in private collections, museums, public institutions and galleries.
My dream is to see a world more humane, of Peace, of Love and Freedom, where respectiing must prevail among the peoples of different cultures and ideas who live on this planet called Earth if we want to achieve World Peace. See my CV on my website or Facebook.
