Instructions for Artists: Documentary Production

1. Basic Information Form: You will be required to fill out the provided form with the following details:

   • Name

   • Country Born

   • Date of Birth

   • Website or Instagram

   • Email

   • Artist Statement (a brief description of your artistic vision and style)

2. Photo Submissions: Please provide the following photos:

   • Childhood photo/s

   • First photo/s related to art (e.g., painting, drawing, visiting a museum, …)

   • Photos of you participating in art fairs, exhibitions, receiving awards, or working in your studio

3. Video Submissions: Ensure the following:

   • Maintain a horizontal position for the video.

   • Use a high-resolution camera (phone or digital) capable of capturing 4k resolution.

   • It's recommended to use a tripod for stability.

   • Please refer to the provided sample framing images below for guidance.

     Please provide the following videos:

   1. Video Recording in Studio: Record a 2-4 minute video in your studio or a room with one of your paintings displayed behind you, discussing your art, style, concept, and message directly to the camera.

2. Video of Art Creation Process: Capture approximately 2 minute of video showcasing your art creation process in the studio. This could include painting or any other art form you specialize in. Please refer to the provided sample image below for framing reference.
