WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?
The deadline to send us your proposal for the Central Station Exhibition hold on 15th-28th May 2021 is 15th February 2021.
IS THEIR A SELECTION PROCESS?
Yes their is a selection process. The committee discusses each application, basing their final selection on the curatorial strength of the artist’s submitted proposal.
DO I NEED TO ATTEND THE SHOW?
No you don't need to attend the show. Our team will take care of all you need: design, edition, revisions, high quality printing, professional installation, photography, promotion, ...
HOW MY ARTWORK WILL BE DISPLAYED?
Your artwork will be displayed in the official billboards of the Hong Kong Metro Company (MTR). Your artwork will be printed in High Quality Glossy paper in a size of (w)100cm x (h)150cm. Portrait (vertical) position.
MY CONTACT DETAILS
Your contact details will be included in your poster together with your artwork. Full Name + Website + QR Code hyperlinked directly to our Exhibitors page in our website.
EXTRA COSTS?
Our team will take care of everything (design, edition, revisions, high quality printing, professional installation, photography, promotion, ...), no hidden costs.
No extra costs in flights, hotels, shippings, insurance, … We make it easy and affordable to artists to show their work.
HOW LONG WILL BE MY ARTWORK DISPLAYED?
Your artwork will be displayed during two week3. From 15th to 28td May 2021. Covering the Art Basel, Art Central and Hong Kong’s art week period (May 2021).
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL SEE MY ARTWORK?
Central Station is one of the largest and most transited stations in the world, with 4.97 million passengers on an average weekday in 2019. It is the busiest commuter rail station in Hong Kong and one of the world handling a large amount of commuter traffic between the center city and suburbs to the south and west.
WHY IS A GOOD CHANCE TO SHOWCASE MY ART?
Central Station Exhibition will be covering the Art Basel and Art central art fairs period when thousands of art collectors and art enthusiasts, visitors and cultural professionals go through this station on their way to the most important art fairs in the world..
CAN I HAVE AN EXTRA POSTER SHIPPED HOME?
No, unfortunately no extra posters can be printed..

CENTRAL STATION, Hong Kong.
PAYMENTS
If your application is successful you will be required to pay the participation fee in 30 days. Payments not fully received before the payment deadline will not be able to participate. All payments are non-refundable.
Exhibitors are responsible for paying any international transfer/wiring fees that might occur when wiring money across to our Bank Account.
